Background:

Alfa-MOS is established in 2010, Nei-Hu Dist., Taipei, Taiwan, that is near to Taipei Neihu Technology Park.  

Alfa-MOS has moved to NanKang Sofeware Park (NKSP) in 2011 Q2.

Alfa-MOS specializes intellectual properties in the development of Advance Trench POWER MOSFET  & Power Management ICs.

There is the wonderful subcontractor for production, just like as the semiconductor procedure, professional assembly & quality control, and the cooperation is closely to each other.

In the development of Trench POWER MOSFET, Alfa-MOS dedicated our better to the development of extra-high density process, that could be designed as extra-low RDS(on), and be suitable for special & tiny package. On the other hands, that is low cost product & high performance.
